  1. DELIVERY COVERAGE We currently ship orders Pan‑India only. Entering a valid and accurate PIN code is mandatory to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed with incorrect address or PIN code information may be delayed or cancelled.

  2. SHIPPING PARTNERS We use a network of trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, and other logistics providers. Courier selection depends on service availability at your PIN code, delivery speed, and optimal pricing. We reserve the right to choose the courier partner best suited for your order.

  3. DISPATCH TIMELINE Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment. Dispatch may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen events; customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

  4. DELIVERY TIMELINE The average delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination. Deliveries are made during standard business hours. Remote or difficult‑to‑service locations may experience longer delivery times.

  5. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • For orders valued up to ₹500, a flat shipping charge applies, based on product type and packaging requirements. The applicable charge is displayed on the product listing or checkout page.

  • For orders above ₹500, we offer Free PAN‑India Shipping.

  • In certain cases where additional delivery costs apply (for oversized or specially packed products), the extra charge will be clearly mentioned on the product listing.

  1. DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

  • All products are packed with utmost care to ensure safe delivery.
     

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is broken or damaged, you must notify us immediately along with proof as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
     

  • Replacement or refund will be processed strictly in accordance with the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
