ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders placed on www.fleurfragrances.com are confirmed automatically once payment is successful.

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed for dispatch.

No cancellations are permitted after this window.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid to avoid fraudulent or fake purchases.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We follow a strict No Refund policy. Refunds will not be issued once an order is confirmed, except in the limited circumstances described below.

Replacement Only: A replacement will be provided in cases of proven manufacturing defect or verified shipping damage.

To claim replacement, customers must provide clear evidence, including a mandatory unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.

Replacement requests without video proof or made beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Opened aroma oils, partially used or used diffusers, and any product showing signs of use are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

For customer assurance, we provide sample products at nominal cost so customers can try fragrances before placing larger orders.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY CARE We take utmost care in packaging and handling to ensure that products reach customers safely. Products are checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, in the rare event of breakage or leakage, replacement will be considered strictly under the conditions stated above.

REFUND TIMELINE

If a replacement claim is approved and a refund is deemed applicable (only in case the product is unavailable for replacement), the following timelines apply:

Up to 15 working days for us to investigate and establish proof of damage/defect.

An additional 7 working days for the refund amount to be processed to the customer’s original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued in cash, only via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
